2. Three copies of the membership form with personal details.
3.  Three copies of the tenth mark sheet Certificate.
4. Three copies of the updated Haryana registration number.
5. Three copies of the passport-size photos.
6. Lifetime membership fees.
7.  Fill the form and attach all Documents. Deposit this complete form with lifetime membership fees at NIMA Hisar President or Secretary or Treasurer’s office.
